Fotki Updates: How Do You Notify All Your Fotki Friends?

Aside from changing your SN (Screen Name) to reflect an update...how do you notify multiple friends at once of your fotki updates?

I'd like to send updates to those who visit my fotki regularly of when I update which is a few times a month so they don't have to wade through my many reviews just to see the new ones.

How do I do this?

Do I have to compile a massive e-mail list for fotki (Lord, no!)?

How do I send a mass message via fotki-mail or guestbook on Fotki to notify folks of updates?

I wandered through the fotki help pages to no avail.

That's good for LHCF. But I'd have to visit every friend I have so it would show up. I don't have that kind of time.

I don't think I've ever officially announced my updated, but I know some people change their fotki name to state when their updates have been made

That's the only way I know of. Just change your screen name to ScreenName ~ June Updates! or something like that.
