Today I realized that the longest layer in the back is shoulder length 
In the front my hair is almost 2 inches longer than chin length. My bangs are at chin length. This is a big jump in length!
The layers are unfortuate, because I started out with damaged hair that was all broken off everywhere, but with clever trimming and cutting (BY ME!), they blend in very well and each layer is only about 1/2 inch shorter than the one under it ( I have exactly 3 layers all around my head). It just looks thinner than it would look if I had a blunt cut... which is scary because my hair is still MEGA thick anyway.
So I'm all happy because my hair is not quite shoulder length! lol
