I have cut my hair down to an inch August 2018 due to
Alopeica and general thinning at the crown and keeping it short is the best thing I could have ever done. And it grows back quickly if I let the top get to long you can feel it’s a little thin. I get a shape up for the back once a month. I would go more but my hairdresser stays booked.
Oh that's great to hear! Did you have any bald spots and did they grow back in?I have cut my hair down to an inch August 2018 due to

I saw one of her videos. Thanks! My follicles could be permanently damaged though. Not sure. Let me try to find out.I’ve shaved my head quite a few times and it always grew back lol. There’s a lady on YouTube named Nia Hope that shaved her head because of hair loss. It grew in nicely. I think as long as the follicles aren’t permanently damaged, your hair should grow back.
