I'm watching now through Hulu. They're allowing everyone 500 hours of HBO content right now.
I’m on episode 3. I’ll be back when I’m done.
I watched the first 3 episodes yesterday, fell asleep late last night on episode 4, then finished 4-6 today. I enjoyed it!
I think Robin was trying to kill them all in that car accident and his brothers wife (in the house sitting at the table) was irritating me with her little comments. I felt so bad for Gloria I looked her up and she has a book out. Also, they didn’t get a lot of time at all.
Yeah, that's the good thing...they didn't have to serve much time. I felt bad for her also...it didn't seem like it was worth all that trouble in the end. But at the time, I'm sure she thought it was a good thing, especially being in her situation.
I didn't know she had a book out. What's the name of it? I'll have to try to find it. I loved that one agent's commentary throughout the whole documentary. He was very entertaining.
I wonder if they'll continue with more seasons because I'd love to hear how others were connected and how their situations played out.
Agent Matthews was hilarious. Gloria is still working two jobs to make ends meet. The name of her book is, “ I thought I would be living my best life.” Robin is a shady one.
Yes, her house has a lean on it. Robin was mad her husband got caught and was mad he kept using Italians from the East Coast. The only reason why he ventured out was because of her and Robin was no good friend to Gloria getting her in that mess. Gloria didn’t write all that out on paper and weigh the pros and cons. They got away with way more then she received as she was worse off after all that mess. The airline lady never received a dime either. Wonder if she had to pay the irs of it they just let it go for good. I also wonder who killed Dominic. Thanks! I'm gonna see if I can find it. She might have been able to live her best life if she had invested some of the cash, or something. But it didn't seem like they left her with much in the first place. When I saw that breakdown of what she had to pay them vs what she kept, they robbed her blind. Didn't she also say her house still had a lien on it?
Yeah, Robin was interesting.
Amy seemed like she was sweet on Agent Matthews. He was a real hoot. I bet he's fun to be around in real life, too.
The airline lady never received a dime either. Wonder if she had to pay the irs of it they just let it go for good. I also wonder who killed Dominic.
Jerome is on his 7th wife. Do you think he really has money stashed away like his son mentioned?I feel like anyone who gets money like this always has some stashed away. Their monthly payments are cheaper than my school loan payments and they stole millions of dollars.I was going to mention her also! Because at first I thought she got something, but it seems like as soon as she cashed that check for them, the money went to their hands and she was waiting on them to give her her cut, right? And they never did? I hope the IRS forgave the debt, but it is the IRS, so yeah...They did gloss over that detail with Dominic...I completely forgot about him.
His son is on to something. I definitely think he does. @ the boldedWHAT??? Seriously? Something is seriously wrong with that picture.
I was surprised at how little their restitution payments were.
