Ok i brought the Dolla General Hair Skin & Nail vitamins..
they have some good ingredients.
they were only like $5.50..
they have MSM
Biotin.
The basic Vits.
And stuff

They are for $5.00 60 caplets in a bottle, two times daily, the ingredients are as follows:

I got these too last week. Have to take it now anyway thanks for reminding me. They sink to heck but hopefully they'll do the trick. HHG

I took my first vitamin im going to start by 1 then upping them up to 2
