I got charged twice by LHCF.

Hi,

I got charged twice for my subscription renewal on 4/25/08. I have opened a ticket with the support center, marked it as important, but no one has responded. I have also sent an email to Beverly.

What other steps do I need to take to get a refund?

This happened to me last week and I had a very quick turn around!! I also submitted a ticket and the problem was solved within 30 min. THANKS AGAIN BEVERLY!!!

You should get a response via e-mail. I'm sure she'll take care of it.

Just wait. They'll handle it. They're probably busy. It took them 2-3 days to give me a refund.
