I really need some help here. I used the Aphogee Hair Treatment for Damaged hair,then after that I used their Balancing Moisturizer. When I was puting the moisturizer on my hair it kept
coming out.

It sheds alittle but mostly its just breaking off.
Btw I have mostly relaxed hair I think Im a 3c/4a, I havnt had a relaxer in my hair in 3 months,I want to go natual but im not really sure. I had some red/ blond color on the ends of my hair I used Clairol Professional Color Corrective I think its supposed to take the color out, it worked alittle but I just ended up cuting the colored hair out. I wash my hair two times a week.

The products that Im useing are:
Shampoos: Redken Color Extend For color-treated hair.(For when my hair was color)

Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily shampoo.
For Dandruff I use Dermagen Clear T Therapeutic Scalp Shampoo.

My Conditioners/are:
TRESemme Vitamin E Moisture Rich Conditioner for Dry or Damaged Hair
Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstrutor for Damaged Hair.
Redken Color Extend For color-treated hair Conditioner

Infusium 23 Original for Damaged/Unmanable Hair.

I'm not sure why your hair is still breaking, but perhaps you could use a little trim.

I trim it every other month about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch.

Have you tried just conditioner washing your hair

Welcome to LHCF, lillian.
Couple things:
1. If your hair was bleached, then the only way you can regain your natural color is to darken it by depositing color (i.e. semi-permanent or permanent color). You can't lift a lightened color off of hair.

2. Maybe you should focus on moisturizing conditioners for a while. Try doing a search on "conditioning washes" or "no poo" and you should get lots of info on that.

Protein conditioners typically stops the shedding or breaking process.

I'm glad the CO washes are working out for you....

While you are doing the washes just be sure to scan this site for use of protein conditioner and then moisturizing conditioner when you do your major wash day.

I have learn alot from this board. It is a life saver.
