I'm so sorry ...I experienced excessive shedding with MT.....I used oils, moisturized ...but shedding non the less..I'm on recovery road myself ...praying for us both, for Spring/Summer growth to help things along

I'm so sorry that that happened to you. That's why I wouldn't touch growth aids with a ten foot pole!

Growth aids just seem so unnatural to me. Our hair will grow on it's own.

What she said. - I used to jump on bandwagons (MTG, Lenzie's request, Mega Tek, and MN, garlic pills for the mega-tek) But for real foreal, it doesn't take all that. Your hair will recover and grow-just stick to the basic healthy practices and don't stress about it.Be patient.


Look at the women who have been selected features of the month- they are getting to those amazing lengths by keeping it simple and healthy. But everything will be ok.
