PMs and Sending to Multiple Users

Question:

Although the directions say that a PM can be sent only to one person at a time, but then it says to separate multiple users with a semi-colon, which is applicable? Is it possible to send the same PM to multiple users?

I asked a mod about this a little while ago. I was told it was a limitation of this version of the forum software...if Bev/Nikos decide to upgrade, we may be able to do it
