Is it ok to switch from No Lye Regular to a mild no lye?

jellynote Member Jul 2, 2003 #7 I also use to use regular, but I've switched to mild and it worked better for me because my hair is 4a/b. It didn't hurt my hair so it shouldn't hurt yours. I use Affirm Fiberguard in Mild. Good luck,
