Shampoo and conditioner

Hello ladies, I would like to take better care of my hair but with all the brand names of shampoo and conditioner I don't know which one to choose... Could you tell me what I should be looking for in a shampoo and a conditioner that will be good for my hair. Thanks

Start off by letting the ladies here know:

What type of hair you have? (Natural, Relaxed, Texturized, 4a? 3c?, etc.)
What condition is it in? (Dry, shedding, breaking, too stretchy when wet, etc.)

They should be able to help you from there!

It all depends on what types of problems you are having with your hair. But for the most part, just make sure that it is a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

My hair type is 4b, relaxed. I shed a lot but my hair is still growing. If you need more info let me know
