black BSS's near by
...Sure, there's a Sallys a city over but It's sadly lacking in the Black hair products (mostly non specified-read- non black, or supplies) and never gets any of the newer brands or just released items I'm drooling to try...I get stuck with the same ol thing over and over
Forget the other BS'stores! miniscule/ if any Black hair products ....Well, lucky for me and unlucky for my wallet
, hubby works in Oakland which has a way better selection of BSS's and every blue moon I will meet him for lunch. I can't help it if after lunch I happen to drive by a "to drool for" BSS!
Case in point, today! Being product starved does not pay off when ya finally get to a major carrier because my wallet took a major hit to the tune of nearly $60 bucks! (Hubby when he finds out

Profectiv neutralizing mouse shampoo...always wanted to use a neut. shampoo after my touchups just in case.

Palmers success fade cream gonna try it on my dark splotches, came with free palmers soap
Profective knock off-Strong & Healthy Healing anti-dryness root remedy. Not soft and creamy like root health but feels interesting. Has a nice light peperminty fruity smell. Grandma's secret recipe "will-gro" braid & extension sheen & moisturizing scalp spray. got this because I'm still looking for something light, resembling "dew" that I can just spritz or use before combing. I was going to get Sta-sof-fro but saw this instead. Ingredients: herbal complex, glycerin, proplyene glycol,rosemary, sage,wheat germ,aloe vera, lavender, nettle, indian hemp, vit. E-tocopheryl acetate, jojoba oil, olive oil, castor oil, safflower oil, sweet almond oil, methylparaben, propylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, (is that a fancy word for pee?
), essential oils, sulfer. (it was the ingredients that sold me!) It's very light, not heavy at all. I got two bottles just in case I liked it too much, lol!
