I don't have a facebook...but you can point her over to my fotki...sisterlocs are great and like everything else in life, locs take a while to develop. It takes patience...locs shrink for the 1st year or so...especially if your natural hair was long when you started.
Make sure she keeps banding her hair when she washes....

Re: new locs...let me also add...
stay away from products that cause build-up
remember that with locs less is waaaaay more
there is no need to deep condition with a creamy conditioner
check for lint on the regular and remove quickly
oh yeah and remember to tell her to be patient...I can't stress that one enough...
