"Subscribe to forum" not working for me!!

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong??

I go the forum I want to subscribe to, I click subscribe, and click daily emails, and then it tells me I have been added and will be redirected..

But once I go back to my subscription window it says I have no subscriptions??

Please help!!
