Request Subscription not processed/Refund request - unanswered tickets!

Hi

My annual subscription was taken via Paypal on 27/12/2011 however my account was not renewed and I had limited access to the site.
I have logged several helpdesk tickets (at least 4!!!) requesting that my account be restored but although each ticket had an automated acknowledgement I have never been contacted to get the problem resolved
In desperation I have now resubscribed and paid a further annual fee mainly to log this request

I am now writing to request a refund of my second subscription

Please note this is the third year this has happened to my account at renewal so there is an issue somewhere which needs to be resolved.

This has happened to me too...two years in a row. I am currently awaiting resolution. I would be satisfied with either a refund of the duplicate PayPal charge or an extension of my subscription to cover two years instead of one.

I've reached out to Dimopolous twice. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Update...

- No refund
- No acknowlegement of my post
- No response to the any of the tickets logged!!

Anyone else having problems?

I did as you suggested and tagged beverly - have finally had a refund processed
