I was wondering if some of you ladies who have mastered the art of flat ironing would share some of your tips and techniques on getting the hair straight and bouncy.
I am natural 3/b and wear my hair straight 100% of the time. I was going to the salon every two weeks, but the torture of sitting there and feeling my hair snap from her roughly combing and pressing it, trying to hurry up because she has two other clients waiting was too much to take. I love the look I get at the salon and will only go now once in a while, but with my hair already shampooed, dried, ready to be pressed and as her first client on a Sunday morning. 
So any advice you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
