ladies I need help! I am officially transitioning and am trying to style my hair but I am challenged!! I have tried a braid out and my hair came out terrible, rollersets I am bored with, and my hair is thinning at the edges so I can't get cornrows or braids. What am I gonna do!

Try a twist-out instead of a braid-out. Try doing flattwist and secure the ends w/ rollers. Try that out!

Braidouts and twistouts both take practice. Mine never came out right the first time.

You can also do buns and ponytails.

what are flat twists?

They are kind of like cornrows except you're using two sections vs. three sections. So, instead of having a braid flat on your scalp (like a cornrow) you have a twist flat on your scalp (flat twist). I love flat twists. They always look so nice and neat.

I agree braidouts are the best. You get to "hide" the two textures through the waves...

also: flat outs/ cornrows/ a wig / phonytails .. they're all good options.
