Transitioning with scalp problem

I've always had a dry scalp/sometimes dandruff problem. Now that I am transitioning, I find it harder to get to the scalp to scrub and clean it. Any suggestions?

have u been to a dermatologist to see if it's a real scalp issue? What I used to think was dandruff was actually conditioner not being washed out properly...apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinses took care of that while I was transitioning. Another good investment might be a scalp or shampoo brush (Sally's and local Beauty Supply Stores sell them). Here's a pic of a denman one: http://www.folica.com/DENMAN_Shampoo__d400.html

It could be both. I spent a long time rinsing my hair today since I did an evoo pre-treatment. Ive already been to one and she gave me this Rx to put in my hair. It left it feeling wet all the time. I will try the brush though. I threw it away after reading Lisa Akbar's book.(she said not to scratch the scalp) I can see this method isn't working.
I'll also try the clarifying treatment on my next wash.
