And if refresh doesn't work, just hit Main Menu and then return to the thread and you'll most likely see your post was submitted. Sometimes you need to scroll down to My Cookies and click that, then Expire Cookies. You'll need to re-login if you do this. Sometimes I think you get that message when Nikos is doing some maintenance work.
(I usually just blame it all on Nikos.
