I just recently started drinking bamboo leaf tea for the silica. I have biotin as well but only took it for a week. I'm so afraid of possible breakouts even with the water intake a b vitamins. I just can't shake the fear. I like my skin :look:

I have some OTC too. Maybe I could use that before I wash. I think u can leave it in for 30min then wash it out

ETA: I mean OCT - Ovation Cell Therapy. It says for daily use you can leave it in for 3-5 minutes after shampoo. And if as a treatment the 1-2hrs or overnight. Eh. Maybe I'll make it a Friday pre-poo. Saturday pre-poo is the WGO and Cholesterol

At first I was massaging my entire scalp with JBCO but yesterday, used straight JBCO on my edges after I slicked them back with ecostyler. I put on a piece of plastic wrap to baggy just the edges overnight. This was good bc Im wearing my hair straight and didnt want it to revert from baggying. Im gonna be wearing a bun now that know how to do it so this is a good method.

I'm using JBCastor Oil on my scalp. I'm trying to grow my bangs out and lengthen my nape. So far, I think the Castor Oil is working. I just spread a bit on my fingertips and work it into the scalp. I do this about twice a week.

I also take vitamins for health, which also aid my hair.
I eat a lot of kale, spinach and other green leafy veggies.
Biotin breaks me out with cystic acne, so I'm avoiding it.

Need to drink more water for overall health. My urine is sunshine yellow.

Currently take B vitamins and MSM. Will finish up last MSM tomorrow so only B vitamins and iron during my periods until the B vitamins are gone. Moving to an all over health multivitamin moving forward. Going to try to get nutrients from meals and supplement with one multivitamins daily.

Thinking of the Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin. Has anyone used it before?

I'm taking Vitabiotics Pregnacare new mum for hair and skin, ( I'm not a new mum) it got all vitamins b and marine collagen. I use BJCO with pimento oil for my scalp and Farmona Radical nourishing hair growth in ampoules. I was planning in transitioning for a year, started in november 2012 but with this I was able to bc last week. So far it's good.
