There might already be a thread for this but can anyone tell me if there is a thread that gives you the definition and techniques to alot of the key terms used in our forum such as co-wash, prepooing and thats just to name a few I am a newbie and I love reading all of the threads but at times I run across many terminology that I need further clarification on and searching all of them is really time consuming and sometime useless if you don't know the specific wording.I would appreciate all the help I can get .Plus I need all the knowledge and advice I can get .Want BL soon and bad !!

The thread doesn't mention what a prepoo is but basically a prepoo is like pre-conditioning your hair. It helps keep your hair moisturized throughout the shampooing process as shampooing can often be drying to the hair. Some people use oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, amla oil or any oil of your choice as a prepoo. You can also use a conditioner as a prepoo as well. Usually a prepoo is left in your hair anywhere from an hour to overnight. The length of time is completely up to you. One of our members Macherieamour has a great video tutorial that will help you. She discusses what a prepoo is and how she prepoos her hair. She also has tons of info and other video tutorials that are soooo incredibly helpful.

I've looked high and low....can someone tell me how to add the personal line under my name. Mine says "member" while I see others with little quotes and such.

At the top of any page click "User CP". On the left side of the page that loads click "Edit Profile", then scroll down to "Custome User Title" and type in what ever you want. When you're done scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes", and you're done.
