Where can I get SURGE in LA?

I only know of one Walgreens (Wilshire/Vermont) and they do not have SURGE. Do you know where I can get SURGE in Los Angeles? Any beauty supplies?

Due to all the raves I really want to experiment with it. I'm just hoping the "proteins" don't make my hair hard.

Jada, I live in LA and I went to Walgreens (LaBrea and Florence) and they didn't have it, so I ordered it from Paynes. I received it in about 3 days, it costs $5.99. You might want to try that.

I got it on Sunday at the BSS on Market in Inglewood just North of Manchester. Also, the guy at my favorite BSS next to Vons on LaTiejra is trying to order it as well.
