Which delivery method do you think makes sulfur more effective

I am still working on my sulfur mix but I was wondering, is sulfur more effective delivered in a liquid oil or in a creme. I know the sulfur will settle out of a oil and to be honest I really don't like the idea of that but if it is more effective this way then I will do it. What do you think? I am going to run this by my chemisty teacher to see if I can get it to stay suspended in an oil.

What type of sulfur are you using? Is this MTG? or MSM? I'm curious of the answer myself as I've been considering some sort of sulfur (minus the smell) concoction.

I am using flowers of sulphur powder. I have been working on a creme base and so far it is creamy and smooth but it is not as light as I would like.
