Why Can't We Have Animated IMages in Our Avatars Anymore???

I had an animated image and tried to change it to another, but that wouldn't work. Now when I try to put my previous animated image back up, it says that they are not allowed. I don't get it????????

The LHCF is still undergoing maintenance. Hopefully all will be back to normal once the maintenance is all finished.
