I was on the fence for several weeks about what to do with my hair. As the hair was growing i couldn't handle it anymore, it was getting more difficult to take care of it, detangle was a pain, the tangles in the back looked like dreadlocs it was awful and painfull, so i relaxed/texlaxed the hair.

So here some pictures

1.- First one is natural hair
2.- Second one was after the relaxer wet hair
3.- Third one is air dry hair
4.- This one is before trimming
5.- This one is how i'm using the hair most of the days now, bantu knots out

I have no better pictures i'm sorry

I love natural hair, i do ... but because of the amt of hair was difficult to handle it. I'm happy with it, i can still use big curly hair as i like ^^

As long as you like it that's all that matters. Looks nice and healthy. Now get in those relaxed threads and make sure you know how to keep it healthy!!!

Looks good! I think that's how many hair would look if or when I decide to texlax again.

Which relaxer did you use?

Wow, big hair really suits you. I like the natural pic and the texlaxed pic. Nice!

It looks good :) your hair is beautiful natural or relaxed. There's a lot of info in the archives for relaxed hair, I've lately spent most of my time here in the archives.

Thank you all ladies, i was feeling kind of guilty xDDD you are very supportive.
Now i will be learning how to take care of relaxed hair now, when i was relaxed before i never had a regimen, just to the salon every weeked.

Which relaxer did you use?
I live in México, i don't have access to regular relaxers but i found one here (made by mexicans, is not strong at all) the name is Primmer Lissé by Loquay, that was the one i used.
