Wow. If you had not said you were wearing a half-wig, I would not have known. It looks SO natural! And it's beautiful!

Bublin, She looks perfect on you! So natural & pretty! I've always been afraid to purchase Creta Girl because of the hair volume, but you did a great job getting her down to a manageable size. I'm not good at cutting and shaping.

ETA: Ahh, I just watched the cutting technique video. Thanks for adding, I needed the tutorial!

Jetblackhair I am no expert and am very slap-dash. I have no time for careful cutting. I found cutting it on my make-shift head stand (vase) very impractical as i never took enough off the length.
Cutting her exactly like in the vid was sooo easy. Creta Girl is not expensive but
maybe you could practice on a wig you already have.

looks very realistic, after you worked so hard on getting her to there, just put her on style her and go out the door, people will be giving you second glances but for the right reasons only, your blending is on point

Hey Bublin, where do you get most of your supplies? are you an avid online shopper or do you go to local stores?

@fairyhairy i work in Brixton and there are loads of hair shops there that stock more of the hard to find products. There is a new shop on Atlantic Road, the one nearest to Argos, it is 2 shops merged into one; this is where i found Creta Girl. Manager said he would order in requests. It also stocks lots of Dominican products including a version of Silicon Mix by Nuaat (sp?) I have tried this on my dd's hair and i am in love with the stuff.

I buy natural products - oils, essential oils, sulpher powder, Aubrey Organics etc etc from Baldwins in Walworth Road, South London. Fantastic prices and advice from the staff. They also have a website www.Baldwins.co.uk

I rarely buy anything on line except for my Hercules Sagemann Star Combs from Europe - they arrived within 3 days. I have purchased 2 wigs from Hairsister.com (a US site) and there was no problem there - infact i am going to modify them now too :yep:.

You rocked Creta. That is the BEST rendition I have ever seen of that half wig. It looks great on you lovely lady.

Oh wow that is a compliment @SelfStyled. Thank you and same to you.
