I love the leave-in. I get lots of compliments on the scent and its very moisturizing without being too heavy. A tad bit pricey, but its the best leave-in I've ever used.

I love the leave-in as well. I am currently trying out the deep conditioner and the Double Butter.

I've tried the Leave in which I like a lot and I have used the Twist Butter which I liked a lot! I have was having a hard time getting the relaxed ends to look as defined as my natural hair when twisting and this helped a lot! Though I think I used too much.

I got the twist defining cream. My hair hares it. It felt strange on my hair once it dried. I have tried it 4x since I bought it 2 weeks ago. Once I find the receipt back to sally's it goes!

Whenever I'm getting ready to try a product, I troll the forums because I can usually find more helpful details than other product review sites.
I've only tried the Coconut Cowash. I LOVE it. For me, it's not too heavy or oily. I get a really nice "clean" feeling, no buildup, but simultaneously very soft and moisturized. (BTW, I have very fine, dense, kinky coily BSL, normal porosity, 4B hair & only use 2-3 tbsp of the product per wash.)
I honestly think only part of your experience has to do with your hair texture/type. The other part is other products you use/used. My cousin has hair similar to mine but she uses a lot of mineral oils, cones, and paraben based products. So I think the Coconut Cowash wasn't strong to break through her chemical barrier. She said it left her hair greasy, dry, and hard/rough. I couldn't convince her, but I hope some of you who consider buying products will think about how it might interact with other products you use or have used. Just some food for thought. ;-)

I have tried almost all of their products and the only one I truly love is their Coconut Cowash Conditioner. It leaves my hair and NG so soft and does an adequate job of cleansing my hair.

The leave in conditioner has great slip, but not a lot of moisture. The cleansing pudding reminded me of the cowash, so I didn't see a need to have both. The twist cream has great definition for twist/braid outs but not a ton of moisture or softness. The DC was terrible! It felt horrible in my hair, like it sat on top of it, even after using it with heat. It did nothing to help with slip and my hair airdried dry and coated.

The coconut cowash is the only product I've tried. I absolutely love it and buy it like crazy when on sale at Sally's. It is my go to product when I need product out of my hair but don't feel like going through the whole washing process. I also don't HAVE to follow with a conditioner. <3 it!

I'm still Team Cleansing Pudding for that Deeper thorough Cleanse.

It's one of the best at removing heavy build-up and it's non-stripping.

The Cleansing Pudding is the only thing I consistently buy from this line.

I have other Cowash products that work better (for me), than the Coconut Cowash.

I tried the doublebutter cream. Not really a fan. It feels good when it first is applied. Afterwards my hair is super dry. It just doesn't agree with my hair I guess.

This coconut cleansing wash is my only shampoo that I utilize. My hair has so much moisture and feels great. I have the cleansing pudding but love AO swimmers shampoo for clarifying.

I recently bought the Black Rice Micellar Shampoo a few months back (to use with K18) -

I also have Long & Luxe Cowash in my Stash and the Original Coconut Cowash

I have also been using their JBCO Itchy Scalp Cleansing Conditioner

Will look at the new Rosemary line.
