I'll be washing tomorrow:

Prepoo with APB hibiscus and fenugreek oil
Shampoo once with Head and Shoulders, then ORS aloe shampoo
Use Aphogee 2 min then ORS replenishing conditioner
Moisturize and flexirod set

Hoping the Head and Shoulders will help with some of the flaking I've been experiencing.

Is this something new? This isn't the first time someone's mentioned her WnG.
No its not new but she posted a pic a mentioned how she didn't think she got have a successful wng with the colour damage and she is now in love and that it took practice. It got me thinking that I shld give it another try. I also have colour damaged hair and my curl pattern has suffered

Thx. Just read thru her Instagram post, and she's right it is all about technique. I use the same prods and sometimes get different results. Anthony Dickey of HairRules emphasizes knowing how to use your products correctly.

I'm enjoying day 3 hair right now. I've had it up since yesterday and I'm gonna stretch it until tomorrow:lol:.

I will wash it with clay. I haven't decided yet whether I will use a regular conditioner. We'll see.

Washed last night with Suave Naturals Verbena Almond Shampoo and Conditioner. I like it, not too stripping and a little conditioning. Detangled with my wide tooth bone comb and then did an overnight Henna. I just used green tea, Maka, Brahmi, and Amla in the mix. Rinsed it out this morning. Co-washed with Suave Coconut conditioner and Trader Joe's Nourish Spa. Added some Elucence Extended Moisture Repair and left that in along with my Long Aide Activator Gel and Olive Oil Eco Styler gel. Pulled it all back into a low pony using the EZCombs so that it could air dry. I will do a deep conditioning tomorrow after church. Not sure what conditioner I will use yet.

I got my silk dreams haul and it's a 3 day weekend, so I'm going all out!
°massaged scalp with jbco before my run
°clarified with ORS shampoo
°protein treatment with Nexxus Emergencee
°moisturizing shampoo with Giovanni deep moisture shampoo
°tea rinse with a combo of rosemary, chamomile, marshmallow and slippery elm...(this smelled heavenly!)
°dc with SD RCA over tea rinse...still under the dryer with a moisturizing mask on my face as well.

So...I did it all, lol. Just waiting for hubby to wake up from his nap so he can get me a cocktail :)

Just got back from a weekend away looking forward to pampering my hair...only to find that the boiler has broken  they can't come out to fix it until later this afternoon, or possibly this evening. So no time for full pampering, unless I want to do it in ice cold water

Since I'm currently wearing a weave, my wash day is kinda intricate.
I used old some kera veda oil on my leave out...smelled kinda off but it was going to be washed off. I washed my braided base with diluted DE Honey creme moisturizing shampoo with ACV. I washed my leave out with DE Oat and Henna shampoo (I never used a protein shampoo before but I like it) Then used kenra's moisturizing conditioner. I applied aunt jackie's leave in conditioner, aphrogee keratin and green tea spray and olive oil on my leave out then proceeded to rollerset.

I used different shampoo and conditioner for my weave so for this wash day, I used 3 shampoos and 2 conditioners...entirely too much lol.

I've been recently using this too (old formula) lately, but I keep trying to hang on to it. *use a little, put it up*

Did a spontaneous henna treatment.

Washed with Redken cleansing cream. Henna mix had yogurt, coconut milk, sage and coffee. Gonna rinse with vo5 and DC with my purification masque.

I may blow dry my hair because I have to leave the house today. But I have no idea what I'm doing to my hair.

had to deep condition my hair again last night because my hair was extra dry. I don't think I've ever had my hair end up feeling like this after a henna treatment. It's either the yogurt, or the lack of oils in the mix, or the fact that I didn't pre-poo...

Did a cold acv rinse after and applied rosemary oil to my scalp too before blowdrying my hair on low heat. Then I twisted my hair up with shea butter and did a trim. So tired of trimming my hair.
