My plans this weekend include doing everything I was supposed to do last weekend.

So far I've completely taken out my braid extensions. My hair is not nearly as dirty as I expected. Plan is to prepoo, detangle, shampoo, and prep for flat iron. I plan on using the entire bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil line.

Currently waiting for ULTA to open so I can get the oil. That's going to be my heat protectant.

Shampoo: MC Easy on the Curls Shampoo
DC: Silicon Mix Bambu
Moisturize with Keracare Conditioning Creme Hairdress
Blowdry with Mizani Thermasmooth Sleek Guard Smoothing Hair Cream
Flat Iron with Sedu ( heat protectant: Mizani Thermasmooth Smooth Guard Anti Frizz Serum)
Spray hair with Keracare Oil Sheen with humidity block

.....and now 2 days later, my hair is straight. Let's see how long it lasts.

Since I’m off for the next two days, I started off tonight with a protein treatment. I didn’t shampoo since my new growth gets dry regardless of what kind of shampoo I use.

Right now I’m sitting with SMJBCO in my hair, and The remaining bits of Shea Butter on my ends. Hopefully I won’t fall asleep with this is my hair, but it’s fine if I do.

Tomorrow I’m contemplating doing twists again, or Bantu knots, although it’ll probably be the latter since I don’t feel like putting in 30 twists on all this fluff I have.

Made some Flaxseed gel tonight as well, so I’m eager to see what the Bantu knot out will look like once I take them down after a couple of days.

Maybe a scalp massage tomorrow too. That’s it mostly.

Grateful to have gotten it in today. DD'S hair is cornrowed & twisted for the week. I'm under the dryer setting my wash n go! We'll be on minimal maintenance for the week!!
Her hair was clean so it just needed some moisture for her style which I achieved with watered down KCKT and ORS Loc n Twist gel.
For me:
Wash: ORS Aloe
DC: Schwarzkopf Gliss
Leavein: KCKT & Schwarzkopf Repair-in
Gel: Eco Olive Oil

Enjoy and have a productive week ladies!

Ugh. Just got home from another trip, and it murdered both me and my hair. I put in some DC, put a plastic cap over it and then wrapped it in my scarf. That's as far as I'm getting tonight. We'll see if I do something tomorrow.

Washed last night, my hair is currently air drying in 2 twists. Don't feel like styling so I'm just gonna dab on some edge control and put on a slap. Yep...that sounds like a great plan.
Didn’t touch my hair until yesterday. All I did was dampen with a little water using my hands, added KindredButters leave-in and sealed with CRN almond jai twisting butter. Back in the same 2 twists and under a slap to run errands. Might wash tonight or tomorrow.

How did you like the Photogenics product?

I like it. It's not what everyone is raving about though (IMHO)

You can receive the same results with other products.

Maybe I'm using it wrong but I don't think so.

I bought a jar for my sister too, and she says the same thing.

The woman at my job, who convinced me to get it, has a cute boy cut (TWA). That's why I think it looks good on her little curls. My hair, I think I'd go get two uses out of the whole jar if I used it the way the owner illustrated in one of his videos) One jar is $35 for 32 ounces. My hair does look good, but it's not the photogenics that's making it look good. My hair looks like this regardless. Even though, my sister wanted her own jar based on how my hair looked. She wanted elongation. But she didn't get it unless she twisted her hair and that is what this product claims.

I'd say try it, but I won't buy it again once I finish my jar.
