Hello All,

It has been a year since I found LHCF and I thank God for it. My hair was a mess, overprocessed, dry, and breaking off. As you will see in the pictures, it has really improved due to what I have learned...

The first two pics are Jun 2009 and the last one is June 2010...

Amazing progress!! what's your reggie?

First giving honor to God and then to the jherri juice :lachen:

Nah seriously....

-I shampoo and deep condition 1x a week
- Protein once a month
-I only used direct heat probably 4x over the past year, so minimum heat
-I keep it juicy... moisturizing daily with S-curl mixed with aloe vera juice and bottled water and seal
- I wear a ponytail most of the time (I guess you can call it a protective style)

Looks good.

Whats the longest your hair has ever been?
What are your hair goals?

Thanks!

As far as I remember, this is the longest my hair has ever been and I am looking forward to waist length. I am praying to reach MBL by February 2011 and WL by the end of 2011. My ultimate goal however is tail bone length.

I'm know you will make all your goals!:yep:

What do you seal with?
Are you transitioning?

I seal most of the time with coconut oil, but I sometimes use castor oil or extra virgin olive oil. I am relaxed and although I have been thinking about transitioning, I think I will wait.
