Sorry for the late reply ladies.
Rocky91 No one has asked but honestly most recently I haven't really had a regi. But there are a few things I try to do consistently.
1. DC regularly or cowash
2. I only use sulfates and cones when I'm wearing my hair straight
3. I always use a leave in or my hair will be dry
4. Eco Styler is my baby daddy when it comes to wng (I don't really wng I shingle)
5. I do a heavy protein treatment after I straighten my hair.
I don't really protective style because I usually wear my hair curly and it shrinks up between neck and chin length
For straightenenig I use a heat protectant and avocado oil or grape seed oil. My hair will not get and stay straight without an oil. (that's just me)
As far as styling, most recently I haven't been doing much with my hair due to being busy. I usually wet bun, pony or shingle. I do plan to do some mini braids or twists for the fall.
