I hosted a "Rejuvenation Day" at my church a couple of weeks ago in preparation for our Women's Day. We had a bunch of seminars including eating healthy on a budget, exercise for women on the go, and makeup and skincare. One of the sessions was about caring for your hair and I asked my stylist, who is 100% natural (although I am not) to present. She was unavailable but sent her sister in her absence who is also natural and also a stylist. Her sister is like a natural hair legend in our area. As the orchestrator of the event, I took plenty of pictures but don't think I didn't snap a few of her specifically for my ladies here! 
I can't remember exactly how long she's been natural, but I do know it was sometime in the 1990s. She didn't share whether she BC'd or transitioned....sorry I don't have more info. She mainly presented on shampooing, DC'ing, how to properly detangle and encouraged people to at LEAST be familiar with their natural hair if they have never been natural as an adult. She said every black woman should be natural at least once in their adult life. I kind've agree (I transitioned and was natural for about a year in college) and I appreciated that she wasn't a relaxer basher. Mainly though, she takes excellent care of HERSELF! She only eats organic foods that she either grows herself or gets from a local product market. She drinks special pure water from a local spa, doesn't eat any meat, only seafood, exercises, takes vitamins. Anyway....her hair is simply stunning so without further ado:
