Annual Physical and Growing Hair

Since I believe whole body health is needed to grow hair, please list what one should request from their Dr. during their physical.

1) Thyroid
2) Blood Pressure
3) A1c
4) Iron levels
5) Vitamin D levels
6) Mamogram

What else am I missing?

Also is it cervical or orvarian cancer that you need to request a test for? Which one is not checked for during your normal pap.

You don't need A1C unless you're diabetic. It's used to see how well a patient is managing their diabetes.

pap only tests for cervical - you'd need a sonogram for uterine, ovarian cancers
