I was thinking the same thing until I went on the site to see the price with shipping before the $10 discount...I bought mine last night from www.valleyvet.com and it was around $31 after shipping.

Wow...the shipping and handling is 11.95 before the coupon and 9.95 after the coupon - I guess that is there way of making the 10.00 back
