Authentication codes / back up codes

Hello!

I am having a tough time with authentication codes or backup codes for accessing Lhcf. It just dawned on me that I should pose this question in this section.

What’s the best way to have this feature removed? Asking for a friend (acapnleo). Can’t get beyond code screen to do anything else, including renew.

I never realized two step authentication was an option here. Good to know.

Is it not recognizing the code? Does she not have access to the code? I think more details would be helpful.

Lhcf provided backup codes, but once those were all exhausted, new codes were needed to fully access Lhcf. To make matters worse, the associated email platform also seems to be a problem, and the account needs to upgrade/renew. I’m hoping the admin can remove the 2 factor authentication for the profile: acapnleo.
