Can someone assist me in resolving this issue. You know how u position the mouse over the thread to highlight it to see what thread is about-- this feature will not work for me. What am I doing wrong? I have a new computer so I don't know if it's the computer or something that I need to do to turn this feature on. thanks for your responses.
