Houston Church Home?

Does anyone have recommendations for a Houston church with the following? I've been church hopping like crazy and it's gotten discouraging. I hope I'm not being too selective; it's just that I want a church that feels like home and where I leave filled with the word. It can be anywhere in Houston.

*preferably non-denominational or protestant (baptist, etc.)
*congregation primarily mid-twenty to mid-thirty year-olds; young professionals, if possible (not at all mandatory)
*heavy praise and worship
*scripture-laden, fulfilling sermon
*more traditional than contemporary; no theatrics, sound effects, etc.
*largely minority but I don't at all mind a mixed church
*medium-sized to big congregation

TIA.

Wheeler Avenue used to be the bomb, with Bill Lawson.

Jeremiah Wright used to do the revivals every year. It's near U of H.

There's a new young guy there now. I've heard good things about him.

But Houston has a lot of good churches.

Kirbyjon Caldwell used to be very popular.
Lakewood - Joel Osteen is in the area as well.
