This Broke His Heart ...

God looked and saw evil looming on the horizon—
so much evil and no sign of Justice.

There was no one to take a stand for His righteousness...

He couldn't believe what he saw:
not a soul around to correct this awful situation.

So...out of His Love for us all...

So he did it himself, took on the work of Salvation, fueled by his own Righteousness.

With His Full Armour...

He dressed in Righteousness, put it on like a suit of armor, with Salvation on his head like a helmet,

Put on Judgment like an overcoat, and threw a cloak of Passion across his shoulders.

Isaiah 59:15-17 MSG

Then, He gave it all to us. His love and the full Armour of God...

We love you, Lord Jesus. We pray for those who know you not. We pray for those who say they are of you, yet live / believe not in your Word.

For thou art God and there is absolutely, no other God before or after you. You alone are God. Forever and ever... Amen.

Jesus is Lord...

You know what? This scripture always brings tears to my heart. For God to love us so much, even when He was so unjustly hated. Why couldn't 'those' who hated Him, see the love. Jesus never condemned anyone, He only loved them, yet there were those who would not see...
