Hey everyone,

Its been a long time since i have posted on here. I was trying to go natural for awhile, then i ended up tex-laxing my hair after not putting any chemicals on it for over a year. Then i let my hair go completely. I wasnt moisturizing it or conditioning it like i should have at all. So last night i took the clippers i had just brought to cut my sons hair with and took it down to about 2-3 inches long. I haven't texlaxed my hair in months. So i am 100% natural and my hair feels soooooooooo soft. Now i am fighting the temptation to dye it red, lol. Here are some pics on of before and after.

Does anyone have tips for growing there hair out? Any product suggestions?

CUTE!!! You look good with the twa! Congrats!

Girl, if you wanna dye it, dye it while it's short, so it'll be less hard to cut off. ;)

Congrats!

If you're looking for fast growth, there's a lot of products to choose from:
Boundless Tresses
Bee Mine
MTG
Ovation
MN
Ayurvedic products
---Ayurvedic growth elixir

The list goes on and on, but a lot of members have had good growth with these! Just do your research first! :yep:
Keep fighting that urge to dye it. It may be cute but you might get tired of it or it might cause breakage, yada yada yada.
Good luck!

Congratulations! You look really beautiful w/ur TWA. It brings out ur cheek bones. I tried to go natural too, but after a year I just couldn't handle the two textures (well more like 3 -4) and was debating on the BC or tex-lax. I when for Tex-laxing, because I wasn't ready to do the short hair again.
