Hi, Ladies! I don't have an Indian grocer near me but I want to begin an ayurvedic regimen for my daughters and myself. I'm scared of the cleansing powders (shikakai and aritha), but I'm really interested in Kalpi tone, brahmi and neem for my skin. I'm still unsure what works for me (haven't tried any, at all), so I'm looking for someone to send me an ayurvedic care package, with the powders I want and the powders that have worked well for others. I don't know how many boxes I need for three heads but those of you who are strictly ayurveda, can advise me.
