keep getting logged out

does anyone know why this could be happening or how to fix it? It is happening all day every day. Ill be on lhcf reading or whatever and I see the envelop that pops up like I have a PM, but usually I dont and usually it just logs me out so when I click the PM box or go to make a posting, I have to log in again and again. Its becoming very annoying.

Thats been happening to be for a good few months. I used to be able to stay logged in for two days...now I can't stay logged in for for that an hour

I thought it was just me.....I'm having the same problem
