Have a ? about BT. I was going to order some. Should I relax first before using it, or does it matter? I'm wondering how I will be able to measure growth.

I relaxed at the beginning of April, so I guess I am going on 6-8 weeks. I usually stretch 12 or so weeks so I hadn't planned on relaxing for a few but my new growth is KICKIN' so I could
