Lovely: I answered your other ques in fotki.

Nice: I used WGO, Shea butter oil, cocoa butter oil on the breakage every night and tied my hair up. After my weekly wash & sets I left my hair tied up.

Nicki6: I wanted to start fresh for the new year and even up my ends. My hairdresser was shocked because she knows I always tell her to trim but this time I just told her to cut it and just leave me enough to still put in a little ponytail.
