My Secret? Ground Cinnamon.

How did it turn out?

I'm kind of disappointed to tell the truth. I left the mixture in my dry hair for about 8 hrs, but there really wasn't a difference when I rinsed it out. I think I'd have to keep using it consistently to see results...but I mean for 8 eight whole hours there wasn't a big difference. I was actually sitting there panicking that it would turn out too light :lachen:

But! I have been outside in the sun all week, and I noticed that the highlights became a teeny bit lighter throughout the week. I attached some pics, but the flash is crazy!! My hair is at least 2 or 3 shades darker than that.

ETA: The color of the second pic is the most accurate.

Any one still highlighting with cinnamon? I have an itch to attempt to streak my hair with a honey/cinnamon mix!

Cassia (ie cinnamon) is a warming thing, so if you're gonna try it, now and thru the winter is a good time.

I'm bored. I'll do it right now.

Should I just slap some honey and cinnamon in there? Maybe cover with a cap?
