Proclaim Curl Activator Gel (32 oz is only $3 at Sally's! And it smells good, too!)
Beauty Without Cruelty Leave-in Conditioner--I forgot who recommended this, but thanks!

QP Glaze (it's greasy, but a small amount holds down flyaway hairs and adds shine)
Generic K-Pak Reconstructor from Sally's
Smooth and Shine Gellation (the pink one)--Thanks Peachtree!

Pantene S&S Conditioner--I know the ingredients are the same as the DMR, but my hair feels softer and more detangled when I use this one... weird...

Misses
Paul Mitchell "The Cream"--when it dreid my hair was hard and crispy.
Kera Care Humecto--I really wanted to like this one... My hair felt like it hadn't been conditioned at all.

QP Intense Conditioner--see above...
Palmer's Pressing Oil--very, very greasy. And it made my hair smoke like crazy!
QP H-Two Leave In Spray--it makes my hair suds up and squeak. And this was before I added some peppermint oil to it. Very disturbing...

Undecided

Arosci Intravyving Leave In Treatment--it smells great!
I used it for the first time today.

You're welcome girly. I didn't want any of the PJs to think that I fell off of the May Challenge wagon.
I'm still holding out, and it's not too bad.

It hasn't been that bad at all. Maybe it's because this time it was only for 31 days.

I have some Oliva conditioner. I'll have to dig it up and try it out! I like the Home Health "Hairever" shampoo.

Re: POLL: May Hits and Misses

Sassy! You little...

Now I HAVE to try the Hairever. I haven't tried the conditioner. Let me know if it's worth getting! I was afraid I wouldn't like it if it didn't have cones and I assumed it wouldn't because it was from the health foos store.

Duuno why

I still want to try Jade's Gary Null shampoo too - all that talk about a cherry scent makes me shiver!

Re: POLL: May Hits and Misses

I'm yo pusha man

I thought you said you had the Oliva conditioner... I really like the Hairever shampoo, though. It smells like lemon pound cake!
It lathers a bit, but it doesn't strip the hair.

Edited to add the ingredients:

Hairever Shampoo:
Deionized Water, Decyl Polyglucose (corn and coconut oil), Sodium Myreth Sulfate, Algae Extract, Lauramide DEA, Glyceryl Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Jojoba Oil, Lecithin, Citricidal (botanical extract of citrus), Natural Aromatic Extracts of (amyris bois de rose, cedarwood, geranium, orange, palmarosa, sandalwood). Jojoba Oil, Algae Extract.
Does not contain Preservatives, Artificial Colors, Fragrances.

Re: POLL: May Hits and Misses

No chica - the shampoo...and it's lovely. No smell. Good lather and leaves the hair really soft but not wierd and slippery. It's clean but really soft and smooth....

Lemon Pound cake huh? Maybe that'll take care of my cookie cravings too then!

Bye for now Pusha Man....
