Hi Mahalilee,

What a regimen! I'm going to have to put that in my hair journal. By the way, the liquid lecithin is that used to make an oil or something?

Lecithin is like an equivalent to egg yolks; it is an emulsifier. When you add it to oils, it blends everything to become creamy and not as oily. Very rich natural product-major source soybeans. It really turns the oils into a great moisturizer when you add lecithin and liquid calcium and magnesium and phosphorous. You can buy a combination of the latter products. Bonjour.
