Premature Greys: Any advice?

Hey ladies...I've got premature greys! When I wash I notice these silvery hairs creeping up at the crown. I would like some advice on the healthiest way to cover these little bugers up without sacrifising the health of my hair.

I chose henna, but I recognize it's not for everyone.

There are lots of posts of ladies using henna to color grey hairs and increasing their hair health by doing so. Check out the henna posts! I am the same way, I'm 32 and the front of my hair is showing signs of .... ahem... greying and I am fighting it with every weapon at my disposal!! I will henna until the grey is gone!! lol!
