Recommend a Good Rinse

I would like to go with a nice summer color but my hair is very black. Can anyone recommend a good NON-DAMAGING rinse? I used to use a semi-perm Dark & Lovely color but the chemicals (ammonia and peroxide) are too harsh for my hair.

Thank you!

ive been wondering the same. a lot of people say sebastians, but its just a tint. im not sure if i want more of a color or just a tint. but i have heard that sebastians coats the hair and protects it. so im down

There's a brand called "Kiss." I have some weaving hair I'm going to use it on (I bought a light color of weave hair originally for my head, but I'm going to add some darker pieces and use it on mother's head
). I've used the burgundy on my mother's hair, and that washed out pretty fast.

It'll be hard to get a lot of lift if your hair is truly black w/o going permanent. You'll only get a halo of color. I recommend Sebastian., Adore and Natural Instincts if you don't mind a little peroxide (the formula is still mild and there's no ammonia at all).
