How much of this should I use? I have shoulder length 4a/4b mix hair.

I use this. I like it. It adds shine and leaves my hair feeling really strong. You just have to make sure that you shake it up very well. I have a twa so I don't have to use much. I use about 1/4 of the bottle at a time.
