How much hair do you loose while detangling?

I have a twa and I wash and detangle in the shower. However it seems as if I a loosing alot of hair, because its hard to comb out. I finger comb and than comb with my Jibere shower comb. Like I wet my hair put in conditioner wait and while and than comb under the water.

However I see these little pieces of hair going down the drain and some even on the comb. It feels like I am relaxed all over again.
Is this breakage, shedding...?

Or when I finish combing I rub my hand over my hair and pieces are on my hand.

So yea is this normal? How much hair do you loose?

What kind of conditioning regimine do you have? Moisturizers?

My hair I think sheds as normal...more sheds when I come if I go a few days without washing and detangling. Other than that, it comes out in the full strands, rather than short broken pieces.

I make sure to deep condition and use a leave in on a regular basis.
